Home Care Services	Rates
Homemaking / Companion Services We can perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, safety supervision, shopping, errands, and appointment escorts. This service does not include any hands-on care.	$14.50 hourly weekdays $15.50 hourly weekends
Home Health Aide / Personal Care Receive hands-on care assisting with transfers, ambulation assist, bathing, medication supervision, catheter care, a.m. or p.m. grooming, range of motion and exercise help, skin care, daily assessments charted.	$16.50 hourly weekdays $17.50 hourly weekends
Certified Nurse Assistant / Special Medical Care Specialized personnel provide total care for completely dependent clients.	$17.50 hourly weekdays $18.50 hourly weekends
Sunrise / Sunset Service One hour visit to assist with personal care, bathing, medication supervision, breakfast or bedtime snack. No other duties are involved with this brief visit.	$19.50 weekdays $20.50 weekends
LPN / RN Nurse Visits Our nurse will set up weekly medications for self administration, fill syringes, check blood pressures, monitor blood sugar levels, give injections, enemas, and change dressings in coordination with your doctor's orders. [top]	$25.00 / $34.00 per visit up to one hour
Vehicle Transportation Services no extra charge for additional passengers	Rates
Trip / Round Trip A Trip is defined as a local pick up and delivery as designated by the client. Local runs are within a 10-mile radius of Grand Rapids. Rates quoted are for Monday through Friday service. An hourly rate of $8.00 will be charged to all trips lasting over 2 hours.	$22.00 per trip plus 50¢ per mile $35.00 round trip plus 50¢ per mile
Out of Area Service Same rates as above for Monday through Friday service with the driver's point of origin and finish included in the mileage charge. Out of Area trips are those that are outside a 10-mile radius of downtown Grand Rapids. Time and mileage starts as the driver leaves his/her point of origin and ends upon return to that point. Any time over two hours will be charged an additional $8.00 per hour.	$22.00 per trip plus 50¢ per mile $35.00 round trip plus 50¢ per mile
Weekend Rates $1.00 per trip and extra mileage cost begin at 9 p.m. Friday through 6 a.m. Monday. Added time charge is $9.00 per hour over 2 hours.	$23.00 per trip plus 55¢ per mile $37.00 round trip plus 55¢ per mile
Holiday Service An hourly rate of $12.00 will be assessed to all trips lasting over 2 hours. [top]	$33.50 per trip plus 65¢ per mile $56.00 round trip plus 65¢ per mile

Get detailed house keeping for your home, available daily, weekly, monthly, or as needed.
