About Us
Home Care Service Staffing was established in May of 2000. The owners are lifelong residents of Grand Rapids, and have worked in this great community their entire lives. It was a friendship between co-workers both experiencing the declining health of their aging parents that lead to the startup of this rapidly growing business.
Our mission is to make staying at home the best it can be. We strive to accommodate the people that wish to remain independent in their own home, yet may need assistance with tasks that have become too difficult. We also offer respite to family care givers. Our Home Health Aides are fully screened and tested to exceed most companies standards. Their credentials are reviewed, health screenings are maintained, and their education is continually monitored to meet the newest standards. Criminal records are screened for your peace of mind, and all employees are bonded and insured. We offer a free nurse visit and assessment to discuss your needs. A detailed care plan is then produced to your exact specifications, ensuring that you get in-home care your way.
